Everything was perfect, truly enjoyed the courtyard view from my luxury apartment. Kitchen was an added bonus. - the location was good and stunning because it was next to tourist attractions, the South Kensington tube station, and Natural History Museum. - Had nice dainties at Shoty Restaurant and Cafe, located next door to the hotel. The luxury apartment had a perfect courtyard view which I truly enjoyed. the kitchen was a great addition. the location was fantastic, being next to popular tourist attractions, the South Kensington tube station, and the Natural History Museum. I also had the pleasure of enjoying delightful treats at the Shoty Restaurant and Cafe, conveniently located next door to the hotel.

Excellent experience, excellent base for a short break. Special place to stay 2 km away from a Hyde park. Clean facilities in general, great and fab location close to the centre of London.

1. There was a foul smell coming from the toilet for all 3 days. 2. the extra bed that we asked for (and which we were charged for) came with a nice big mattress but on a smaller bed. The blanket that came with this was stained. 3. The tv set was very small.

We liked the location and size of the accommodation. Cleaned everyday.

The general level of maintenance was low. The drain in the MB en-suite shower wouldn't work, washing / drying machine and the dishwasher were faulty and not working, a/c in the MB was not cooling/ All problems were fixed except the last one and we were okay given the cool temps outside but I wouldn't like to stay there during the summer months unless I keep all other A/Cs working all the time. Besides this, there were enough marks on the carpet and walls. You do notice a lot if you're staying for a week. Reasonable value for the money for 4 persons in South Kensington.

Convenient location near the subway and just a 15-minute stroll to a popular museum. the staff are attentive, and the apartment has been recently renovated. 🌟

Excellent location next to South Kensington tube station. Nice, clean and spacious rooms. Lots of nice little restaurants and breakfast places in the neighbourhood.

These apartments are two minutes walk to tube, buses and loads of cabs. It was easy to run around if you wanted anything. Tesco Express around the corner, pubs and eatery's galore. The rooms get cleaned everyday if you want it and they are thorough and do a great job.

Needs to be repainted inside where water stains from damp have come through. Beds hards as rocks - so not for the faint hearted if you have back problems.

Absolutely fantastic hotel with helpful staff for a perfect stay. Very good service throughout. - No charge for wake up calls and ironing too. - Magnificent location as only 5 minutes to a scientifically spellbinding museum. - Amazing restaurant and main bar on-site. - Great way to end our trip.

The curtains are too thin to block out the street lights at night. The internet is very poor on the 4th floor, but just adequate on the 1st level.

Had a great time at this venue with a beautifully furnished apartment and top-notch amenities; boasting a fantastic location right next to Victoria and Albert Museum.

Good attitude from staff in reception

The location was fantastic - 50metres to the tube station and access to three lines including Picadilly line which goes directly to the airport. Lots of shops, cafes and pubs in surrounding area. Pret was very handy for breakfast and Dinos great for dinner.

For the price the apartments do not give a good first impression - carpets very worn and torn plus walls dirty and empty. Kitchens and bathrooms were great and the size of the apartment was also very good for London
